“Tarangire Safari Lodge is situated on a bluff overlooking the river, and our tent had a fantastic view of the elephants, zebra, giraffe, lions, and other animals who congregated at the river in the dry season. Since the site is unfenced, antelope, monkeys, and sometimes even elephant, leopards and lions would wander among the tents, giving us a truly immersive experience in nature.”
