“We stayed at the View Hotel for one night last summer on a three week road trip around the Southwest. We definitely splurged to get a room with a view, but the hotel does have a handful of rooms for half the price w/o a view. We’ll be including a full review on ‘Darn Good Digs‘ very soon.”

“This is the only hotel actually located INSIDE Monument Valley and it’s right beside the MV Tribal Parks visitor center.  It’s been a while since we were there, but at that time they even had a small museum honoring John Ford and the movies he made in the Valley (with John Wayne and others).  There’s a lot to do, using the hotel as a base.”
