“Sunset Cave Hotel is a really nice little hotel in Goreme. Very friendly staff, and clean (though small rooms). Some of the rooms have a great view of the rest of Goreme, like the one we stayed in.”

“From our balcony, the view of Cappadocia’s incredible lava formations, the faerie chimneys, was stunning. And at night, with the lights on, the view was magical. (The central chimney is called “The Castle” and one can climb to the top for a spectacular view of Uchisar and its surroundings.) The Ahbab Konagi rooms were charming and comfortable, the food excellent, the owner a lovely and welcoming hostess.”
