“Great hotel right opposite Amsterdam Centraal Station. The station is the place that most people first emerge into the city as the access from the airport is so easy. Hotel is lovely, very plush and easily accessable for all. Our room had a window overlooking the busy station area and the canal, boats, trams and bikes and people on the move.”

“This is a picture of Singel Canal, taken in February 2009. Though this is surely a beautiful area in the spring and summer, the bare trees of winter allow for a better view of the canal.”

“My wife and I have stayed at Nadia Hotel several times and just love the great location, helpful desk staff, and cozy, well-equipped rooms. I like the small touches, like greeting each customer with a choice of complimentary beverage–and I really like the fact they have multiple APs around the hotel as part of their free wireless. If you visit Amsterdam, I think it’s just more fun to stay in a Canal House, where each room is a different size and it’s common to have to negotiate a steep stairway to make it to the upper floors. This hotel is 5 minutes from Dam Square, less than a minute from a tram stop, near all kinds of food and cafes, and just around the corner from Anne Frank House. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to it from Central Station.”
