“This was taken from our bedroom at Namche Bazar in The Himalayas on the way back down from Everest Base Camp. the sun was just rising and we have a long trek ahead of us. This was our group’s favourite guest house as the woman who owned it was not only a very generous woman but also the best cook in the region! We were entertained nightly by “Buddha Raj”, a young boy who was being raised by the owner and sang us Nepali and English songs around the fire. A beautiful time.”
