“If you’re looking for a mountain getaway close to the city of Kobe then this is the perfect place and the perfect hotel. It’s small and cozy and the staff does a great job of making you feel welcome (and they speak English very well – something you don’t see that often in Japan). The best part of it all though is the restaurant – seriously one of the best hotel restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining in! The cuisine is Italian and every dish is executed to perfection with amazing flavors in every single bite. And after that great meal, why not walk outside to the veranda and relax in the outdoor jacuzzi (same great view as from the rooms).”

“Directly connected to JR bullet trains, this hotel commands a great view of Tokyo Station and bright city lights. From early in the morning until midnight, the station city never sleeps and I really enjoyed trains running one after another without feeling bored at all!”

“Nagoya castle is one of the main attractions to see in Nagoya, and this hotel has a direct view from its rooms. If I recall correctly, the hotel actually pays to illuminate the castle at night for the benefit of its guests.”
